Adults should take one (1) capsule with any meal, three times a day.

The components of the product include gelatin, glycerin, purified water, and mixed tocopherols. The coating may contain one or more of the following: sodium alginate, stearic acid, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, polymethyl acrylate, PEG, talc, and vanillin. The product contains soy and fish, specifically herring, anchovies, mackerel, sardines, pomegranate, and salmon.
