How to use?
ATROVENT is indicated for treating reversible bronchospasm associated with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It is also indicated, when used alongside inhaled beta2-agonists, for treating reversible airways obstruction, as seen in acute and chronic asthma.
How to use?
Children aged 0-5 years old (for treating acute asthma only): Take 125-250 micrograms (half to one vial of 250 micrograms in 1 ml) up to a total daily dose of 1 mg (4 vials). Ipratropium bromide should be administered no more frequently than every 6 hours in children under 5 years old.
