How to use?
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old should take one Effervescent tablet a day. Berocca Calcium and Magnesium is not recommended for use in children under 12 years old. Dissolve the Effervescent tablet in a glass of water to create an orange-flavored or tropical-flavored drink. Take Berocca four hours before or after taking other medications.
