How to use?
It is a combination of Irbesartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, indicated for hypertension: In patients not adequately controlled with monotherapy. As initial therapy in patients likely to need multiple drugs to achieve their blood pressure goal.
How to use?
Adults above 18 years old and CrCl >30ml/min: The usual dose is 1 tablet a day. Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablet can be taken with or without food. It may be administered with other antihypertensive agents. It can be taken at any time of the day. Do not break the tablet in half. Correct if known volume depletion prior to starting the medicine.
