RISEK 40MG CAPSULE contains omeprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor used for treating active duodenal ulcer, active benign gastric ulcer, and pathologic gastric hypersecretion associated with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is also indicated for maintenance therapy to prevent the recurrence of peptic ulcer and reflux esophagitis.
How to use?
RISEK (Omeprazole) capsule is given orally, which should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed. For symptomatic Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) without esophagitis, the recommended adult oral dose is 20mg a day for up to 4 weeks.
