Toplexil is a cough suppressant based oxomemazine without prescription to calm dry, irritated cough, especially when they occur in the evening or at night.

How to use?
It is used in the treatment of dry and wet cough, including allergies and irritants. This medicine is a combination of substances which contains an antihistamine, antitussive and sedative (Oxomemazine), two expectorants (Guaifenesin and Sodium benzoate) and antipyretics (paracetamol).
How to use?
1 or 2 teaspoons of syrup, 2 or 3 times a day. In the elderly, starting with the lowest dose. – Don’t use this medicine for children under 6 years without medical advice.
